VENTILATION GRILLS

One of the main tasks of the trade-production “WAELCON” company is to provide industrial and household facilities with high-quality ventilation products. Each item used in production undergoes stages of modernization, based on customer feedback and work in various conditions.

Ventilation grills are a necessary element of modern ventilation, air conditioning systems and hot-air heating systems. These are special devices designed for the distribution of air flows, the inflow of fresh air into the premises, and the removal of polluted air. Grills also play an important role in the fire safety system, preventing the spread of smoke in case of fires.

Despite the seeming simplicity of the element, there is a huge number of grill modifications used in the vent ducts. Traditionally, these products are classified:

• by the place of installation: external ones to be placed on the façade of buildings, internal ones to be installed inside the sites, and overflow ones for exchange between adjacent areas;
• by design features: those providing the regulation of the airflow, unregulated, inertial;
• by the manufacturing material: plastic, aluminum, steel;
• by configuration: rectangular, circle-shaped, oval, etc.

Coating:

Painting is carried out by the powder method in a factory environment, in colors by the international RAL scale. The standard color is white. The polyester coating is a reliable protection for aluminum from oxidation.

Size:

The minimum production dimensions are 100×50 mm.

The maximum recommended dimensions are 2900×2000 mm.

Manufacturing of larger sizes with additional reinforcements is also available.

Our company differs from most competitors in that it releases the products independently and imports the missing types of commodities simultaneously to ensure the full range. We choose the materials ourselves and control the production process, therefore the percentage of defects is reduced to almost zero.

The production of decorative grills is largely a creative process, so we often manufacture custom-made products, implementing individual projects designed for specific interiors and exteriors. Some examples of our work are presented in the “Portfolio” section of the website.

“WAELCON” LLC works with verified suppliers only, and receives qualified raw materials “first-hand”. We order aluminum and branded steel blanks from large metal-rolling enterprises.

Manufacturing of the ventilation grills starts with the purchase of the necessary materials.

Once the raw materials are ready, we proceed directly to production, which can be conditionally divided into several stages.

Stages of the production:

• cutting the material into fragments of the desired size;
• cold bending of metal/aluminum;
•  spot welding;
• perforation;
• painting;
• final press-assembly.
