SITE PREPARATION

Prior to the launch of construction works, “WAELCON” company prepares the construction object for standardized construction works; it comprises a complex of measures allowing for the timely launch of construction works on a high organizational and technical level, which, in its turn, provides conditions for implementing the production programme of the construction and installation works in compliance with high technical-economic performance rates within the set timeframe.

The organization of the construction site is the preliminary stage for the construction of any object, which is a mandatory condition for the quality construction of buildings and facilities in accordance with the set standards. Timely and quality implementation of construction and installation works, the preservation of materials, products, and structures, maintenance of the safety rules, the quality and culture of the construction production, comfort of work and leisure of the workers depend on the project decisions of the construction site organization.

What does construction site stand for?

A construction site is a territory assigned for the permanent stationing of the construction facility, as well as delivery of services of the construction and assembly organizations according to the order specified by the project, and also taking into account the temporary assignment of the territory based on the work to be implemented.

Another important aspect refers to the construction master plan of the total territory, organizational-technological schemes, and summary schedule for the envisaged work implementation, including the timeframes, the sequence, the scope of the construction and assembly works, and their distribution by construction stages.

  • Fencing of the construction site and areas of work implementation;
  • Organization of guarding and lighting of the construction site;
  • Arrangement of temporary roads to the construction site and within it;

  • Wheel wash facilities for special equipment;
  • Site cabins for the construction workers and company management;
  • Organization of warehousing facilities;
  • Areas for enlarged assembly of structures and elements;
  • Temporary electric power supply for the construction site;

Later, along with the ongoing construction, the organization of the construction site will require amendments which also need to be arranged.

Construction facilities and the areas they are erected in may differ significantly in character, features, and other criteria. Therefore, the character and content of the construction site organization may also differ accordingly.
